چکیده
Fruits, are in black or white colour Mrytus communis, is known as locally name murt, hambales, mersin. It an aromatic and medicinal plant that grows naturally maquis form regions with Mediterranean climate. We aimed to investigate the hypoglycemic effect antioxidant activity of Myrtus communis L. this research. White-black myrtle were collected from Hassa-Hatay Tarsus-Mersin, respectively October. Fruits separated leaves dried oven at 40ºC. Fruit extracts obtained absolute ethanol (1:15) by using magnetic stirrer room temperature for one day. In study, radical scaving activity-(DPPH), hydrogen peroxide scavenging activity-(HPSA), metal chelating activity-(MCA), ferric reducing power activity-(FRAP), total phenol-flavonoid contents α-amylase, α-glycosidase inhibition examined determine characteristics samples. DPPH HPSA values expressed µg/ml terms SC50. FRAP MCA features extract given % activity. The was investigated -amylase--glucosidase assays. DPPH-HPSA-FRAP-MCA white-black samples found 56.75-63.52 µg/ml, 193.95-207.73 81.68-90.87%, 20.88-27.71%, respectively. When results compare used standards such Buthylated-Hydroxy-Anisole, Rutin, Trolox, have effective Samples shown effect.

detection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts
in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
